Gary is continuing development and testing of this low cost, pre-fabricated residential POD - the PODs provide bedroom and living space with a galley kitchen and full shower room facilities on a footprint of less than 12 sq.m.
the completed building can be clad in sheet metal, timber shingles or stretched tent fabric and are design to be fully relocatable on low ground impact screw-in steel anchor posts
fabricated from a combination of locally sourced small section C16 timber and re-cycled particle/osb board panelling cut to sizes suitable for small vehicle transportation
the main use of the PODs is envisioned to be as short term residential units or home/garden offices
with partners, Gary is actively developing the model POD design and he hopes to have a full prototype available by the end of 2021
